2021 Benjamin Mkapa African Wildlife Photography Awards

DEADLINE: JUNE 18, 2021 —African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) and Nature’s Best Photography invite entries from photographers from Africa and around the globe for the Mkapa Awards.

The Awards contest aims to celebrate celebrate African Wildlife Foundation’s 60-year anniversary.

A primary goal of the competition is to attract, inspire, and involve photographers from Africa and around the world to share stories and encourage new advocates for conservation change.

All nature photographers at Pro, Amateur, and Youth from around the globe can enter photos and videos made on the continent of Africa.

The Cash and prizes to be awarded total a sum of $30,000.

The entry fees are: $30 USD for an Adult (Pros and Amateurs) 19 and older, $15 USD for a Conservation, Education, or Safari Leader residing in Africa, and free entry for Youth age 18 and below.

Applicants may submit up to 25 images per paid entry.

The deadline for applications is June 18, 2021.
