DEADLINE: APRIL 15, 2022 —The Africa Digital Rights Fund (ADRF) is currently open for proposals.
The Collaboration on International ICT Policy for East and Southern Africa (CIPESA), through the ADRF, will support digital rights work across the continent through flexible and rapid response grants.
The grant amounts range range from US$1,000 to US$10,000. The duration for the grant funding is six months.
Organisations or networks based and/or operational in Africa and with interventions covering any country on the continent can apply for the ADRF.
This call seeks proposals for work related to: Data governance including aspects of data localisation, biometric databases and digital ID; Digital resilience; Digital economy; Digital inclusion; and Misinformation/disinformation.
The deadline for submissions is April 15, 2022.
