Applications open for maiden Ogun Media Awards

DEADLINE: FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER, 2019.

Applications are open for the maiden edition of Ogun Media Awards. The awards is organised by D’Assembly Network, a leading online TV in Ogun State.

Over the years, exceptional reporters, broadcasters, cameramen, and editors have been deprived of recognition, especially in Ogun State. Perhaps, there is no platform to showcase these best brains to serve as encouragement to the up and coming in the industry.

Therefore, the maiden edition of Ogun Media Awards, an initiative set to recognize excellence among media practitioners in Ogun State.

The event holds in December, 2019.

In doing this, high – flying media practitioners are singled out for honor.

Entries are hereby invited from the following categories of awards;

-Best broadcasts TV reporter
-Best broadcasts Radio reporter
-Best print reporter
-Best Cameraman
-Best Nonlinear Editor
-Best online platform
-Best Photo journalist
-Best student journalist
-Special recognition awards.

Interested applicants are expected to submit three copies of their works and state any category of the awards the entry is meant for. Failure to indicate award put in for, means automatic disqualification.

Deadline for the entries submission is first week of November, 2019.
