DEADLINE: JULY 31, 2022 — Applications are invited for the Constructive Journalism Fellowship. Journalists with several years of experience in producing visual content can apply.
DW Akademie, through the Constructive Journalism Fellowship, will support media professionals from Sub-Saharan African countries who are committed to reporting on local crises and challenges.

Participants will have access to training, individual coaching, certificate of completion, financial support and mentorship to produce a constructive visual project.
Selected fellows will receive up to 3,000 euros for their video production, which could be a video for social media, a TV report or a short documentary.
Applicants must be a resident in a Sub-Saharan African country, have a valid passport and be able to travel for the one-week training in March 2023.
