DEADLINE: APRIL 15, 2021 — The Global Youth & News Media Prize is now open for applications for its third edition of the media award.

The third edition of the media prize will have three core award categories open to any kind of news media on any platform and run by people of any age.

The award celebrates news media work that serves, supports, attracts, and learns from young audiences.

The primary target of initiatives must be young audiences aged 13 to 24.

Entries will be examined based on impact, inspiration, and innovation.

The 2021 Awards fall into three categories namely, the Journalism Award, the News/Media Literacy Award, and the Planet Award.

Details for the Planet award will be available on the 1st of May 2021.

The deadline for applications is April 15th, 2021.
