Apply for KAS Media Africa award for local journalism

DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 30, 2022 — Journalists can submit entries for the KAS Media Africa inaugural award for local journalism.

KAS Media Africa is the Regional Media Programme for Sub-Sahara Africa of the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

The organisers seek print, audio and video features on local news, that emphasise the significance of local reporting, presented with a high journalistic standard.

All submissions for the local journalism award must have been published between October 1, 2021 and October 30, 2022, in English or French.

The deadline for submissions is November 30, 2022.
