DEADLINE: JANUARY 18, 2021 — The Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism (RISJ) is accepting entries for a post-doctoral research fellowship in digital news.

The aim of the Digital News Project is to develop the understanding of how journalism is changing in light of the rise of digital media.

The fellow will be part of the Digital News Project, which provides quantitative analysis of news audiences across more than 40 countries, with an emphasis on digital media, news and politics.

Interested applicants must hold a relevant PhD/DPhil degree or equivalent experience in a substantive area.

Applicants must be experienced in working with relevant quantitative methods and analysis.

Knowledge of the debate on trends in media use and news consumption and a record of work on digital media and journalism are desirable.

The deadline for applications is January 18, 2021.
