Premium Times Centre for Investigative Journalism (PTCIJ) is looking for student journalists who are interested in working with us on the UDEME project to monitor and track federal and state government projects in Nigeria.

All interested U-Monitors must be good writers and passionate in demanding accountability from the government.

UDEME is a social accountability project that monitors capital, constituency and ecological projects to ensure that funds released for implementation are adequately utilized.

The project also empowers citizens to become active participants in the democratic process by holding the government (LGA, state and federal) to account.

Nigerian students who are passionate about reforming the poor state of infrastructures within their community and those who will actively engage major stakeholders to develop policies that will transform the society are encouraged to apply.
