Apply for UN video competition

DEADLINE: JUNE 19, 2020 ― PLURAL+ Youth Video Festival is accepting video and films on migration, diversity and social inclusion from interested applicants below the age of 25.

PLURAL+ Youth Video Festival is a joint initiative of the United Nations Alliance of Civilisations (UNAOC) and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM).

The 9th Global Forum of UNAOC will hold in Morocco in late 2020.

Successful applicants will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Morocco in order to attend the PLURAL+ 2020 Festival and Awards Ceremony.

PLURAL+ Youth Video Festival invites the world’s youth to submit original and creative videos focusing on the themes of migration, diversity and social inclusion.

By supporting the distribution of youth-produced media, PLURAL+ recognises youth as powerful agents of positive social change in a world often characterised by intolerance and cultural and religious divisions.

Videos must be less than 5 minutes long, include English subtitles and be produced after December 31, 2018.

The three age-based categories are the Special Award for the Prevention of Xenophobia, the Future We Want Award and the Award #forSafeWorship.
