Call for entries: Climate solutions journalism fellowship

DEADLINE [EXTENDED]: JULY 2, 2021 —Climate Tracker, in partnership with One Earth, invites applications for a 6-month paid media mentorship-fellowship.

The organisations seek 4 globally diverse solutions reporting fellows to write stories with a climate solutions background.

Applications are open to young journalists between 18–35 from any country or region.

Fellows can cover community projects focused on nature-based solutions, reforestation, coastal conservation, or mangrove restoration, projects led by indigenous peoples or women groups.

Selected Fellows will receive training and mentorship to produce stories focused on local solutions in their country/region.

Ideal candidates must have at least 1 year of journalism experience.

The deadline to apply is June 30th, 2021.
