Contributing editors needed at Reasons to be Cheerful

Reasons to be Cheerful (RTBC) seeks applications from Contributing Editors to report and write two mid-length articles per month.

This part-time vacancy is suited to freelancers from anywhere in the world looking for a stable and steady assignment alongside their other work.

Successful applicants will pitch, report, and write two mid-length articles per month for the organisation.

Candidates must display excellent writing credentials with experience working in a freelance or other self-guided capacity.

Applicants must also have experience working in impact-driven, non-profit media.

The Contributing Editors can cover stories from underrepresented places and communities.

Contributing Editors will receive USD 1,500 per month.

The Contributing Editor positions will begin between April and June of 2021.
