International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) seeks entries from applicants for the role of a director at the ICFJ Knight Fellowships.
The Director will oversee all areas of the ICFJ Knight Fellowships program, lead projects designed to instil a culture of news innovation and improve people’s lives through cutting-edge journalism.
The successful candidate will lead the development of innovative fellowships that align with the mission and goals of ICFJ and the ICFJ Knight Fellowships’ funders.
Interested applicants must understand prominent strategies for effective leadership and global journalism best practices and trends.
Candidates must have at least twelve years of experience in journalism, international development and/or project management.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in international development, journalism, or management.
Interested applicants must have excellent writing and communication skills in English.
