ICFJ, ONA launch stress management online course for journalists

Journalists and others can attend a free programme, the Self-Investigation that provides learning tools to manage stress.

The Self-Investigation is an online stress management program launched by the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), OpenNews and the Online News Association (ONA), with the support of Stars4Media and co-funded by the European Union.

The program aims to support journalists with the knowledge and evidence-based practices they can use to relate to stress and digital overload in a healthier way.

The English edition of the programme begins with a webinar on July 7 and continues with weekly online meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays until the end of July.

Participants will get access to ongoing support from professionals.
