Training on how to tell better stories about Africa

Thomson Foundation, in partnership with Africa No Filter, invites journalists to enroll for a course on how to tell better African stories.

Themed “African Stories: A guide for journalists on how to tell better stories about Africa“, the self-paced course offers journalists the opportunity to pitch their story, get paid and published.

After completing the course, participants will receive a certificate.

Participants will learn how to challenge the stereotypical image of Africa and Africans, how to source and verify stories and information, and new ways of telling stories for digital audiences.
