1. Content Creator: Functional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Researching stories
Preparing well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms
Writing and publishing news and features for our company’s web pages and social media posts
Writing and promoting content on social media
Editing and proofreading written pieces before publication
Conducting keyword research and using SEO guidelines to optimise content
Promoting content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
Identifying readers’ needs and recommending story ideas
Measuring web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Updating our websites as needed
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar roles
Portfolio of published articles
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Ability to fact-check stories
Time-management skills
Familiarity with SEO
Education/Experience
First degree or equivalent

2. Social Media Manager: The Social Media Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and passion for connecting with current and future audience
Consequently, functional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administering the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
Creating a regular publishing schedule and promoting content through social media
Leveraging the right tools to manage your content

3. Videographer: As a videographer, the following are your core job tasks:
Capturing action on camera
Recording important events using camera, lighting, and audio equipment
Edit recorded video to tell concise, visually pleasing stories
Skills and qualifications
Ability to tell visual stories with video and audio recorded during various events
Computer skills – good computer skills to work with various video editing software programs, such as Adobe Premiere. Pro, Final Cut, After Effects (Motion graphics)
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people of all ages from all walks of life, helping them feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera
Time management – working within tight deadlines, capturing action and once-in-a-lifetime moments on camera

4. Video Editor:
As a video editor, you’ll be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for publication
The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects
This is a key role in the production process and your skills can determine the quality and delivery of the final product
You’ll usually work closely with other team members to achieve the desired end result
Competencies
Ability to work with video editing software programmes, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects (Motion graphics), etc.
You’ll work on a variety of productions, including: news, features, documentaries etc.
In some instances you may be given creative freedom, while in others you’ll just be required to operate the necessary equipment
Digitally cutting files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what’s usable
Creating a ‘rough cut’ (or assembly edit) of films and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages
Reordering and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the video
Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing
Experimenting with styles and techniques, including the design of graphic elements
Writing voiceover/commentary
Suggesting or selecting music
Finalising technical aspects such as correcting faulty footage, grading and colouring and adding special effects, etc.

5. Presenters General overview:
Your role is to inform and entertain an audience by presenting information or entertainment in an accessible and attractive way
You’ll introduce, host (or co-host) a programme, create links between items, introduce and interview guests and interact with the audience
The exact nature of the job may vary according to a programme’s subject matter
Researching topics and background information for items to be featured on programme
Planning and rehearsing shows
Writing scripts
Liaising with other members of the production and technical teams
Introducing and hosting programmes
Reading from a script or auto cue, or improvise
Keeping programme running to schedule
Keeping in contact with the director and production team in the studio gallery, via ear-piece link
Holding meetings with the production crew to assess or review a broadcast, and to plan the next one, etc.
