Webinar for African journalists on energy transition

DEADLINE: DECEMBER 7, 2021 —African journalists can apply for this two-day webinar on Reporting the Energy Transition in Africa.

The webinar is scheduled for 14 and 15 December 2021.

The webinar is co-organised by Africa Coalition for Sustainable Energy and Access (ACSEA); the Pan-African Climate Justice Alliance (PACJA); and the Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF) within the framework of Africa Energy Transition (AET) project.

The Africa Energy Transition project seeks to train 60 African journalists on how to produce accurate, timely and relevant reports, analyses, and commentary.

African journalists working for public and independent print, broadcast, and online media can apply.

Preference will be given to journalists who regularly cover the development, environment, and energy sectors.

The deadline for applications is December 7, 2021.
