2025 Dag Hammarskjöld Journalism Fellowship open for applications

DEADLINE: MARCH 30, 2025 — Journalists from developing countries can apply for the 2025 Dag Hammarskjöld Journalism Fellowship to cover the United Nations General Assembly.

The fellowship, which runs for 10–12 weeks beginning in September, offers selected journalists the opportunity to gain firsthand experience reporting on international affairs and the work of the U.N.

Whether full-time or freelance, journalists aged 25-35 from Africa, Asia (including Pacific Island countries) and Latin America/the Caribbean, and with work in print, television, radio, or digital media are eligible to apply.

The deadline for applications is March 30, 2025.
