
DEADLINE: ROLLING — The Pulitzer Center is offering grants for underreported stories in Sub-Saharan Africa. Proposals should focus on issues such as water and sanitation, land degradation and coastal erosion, education, maternal health, and climate resilience.
Such projects must inform behaviour and policies that improve the lives of the communities reported on.
Journalists can submit projects on underreported stories in Sub-Saharan Africa across all media platforms and encourage ambitious proposals that combine print, photography, audio, and/or video for one or more news outlets.
Grants are open to reporters, photographers, radio/audio journalists, television/video journalists, documentary filmmakers and freelance journalists around the world.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
