2025 Thomson Foundation Young Journalist Award

DEADLINE: AUGUST 1, 2025 — Applications are now open for the 2025 Thomson Foundation Young Journalist Award.

The Young Journalist Award is open to journalists aged 30 or under on November 24, 2025 from and living in countries with a Gross National Income (GNI) per capita of less than USD20,000.

Journalists can submit three pieces of published or broadcast work, produced in the 12 months preceding the application deadline. Entries can be in print, audio, video or multimedia format.

The deadline for applications is August 1, 2025.
