DEADLINE: APRIL 5, 2022 — African Women in the Media (AWiM) seeks applications for its Graduate Trainee Programme slated for May to December 2022.

For the Graduate Trainee Programme, AWiM is looking for four women below 26 years who have recently graduated from a media-related course within the last two years.

Successful applicants will get editorial coaching to produce gender angle stories and develop stories for bylines on AWiMNews.

Applicants must demonstrate a passion for journalism and women’s rights.

The successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of $450 and develop their journalistic skills, researching and writing.

The deadline for applications is April 5, 2022.
