Journalists, media professionals, policy researchers, and analysts in the data journalism sector can apply for the fellowship which will last for three months.
DATAPHYTE seeks to highlight issues in the following sector:
• Policy-focused data-driven articles – Security, Health, Energy, Agriculture & Elections
• Climate Change and Natural Resource Governance
• Post oil revenue options for Nigeria,
• Data and Digital Privacy Advocacy.
• Special focus on less reported regions like the Northeast, South-south and Southeast is encouraged.
Fellows will have access to training and mentorship; data and resources in data journalism, and $250 monthly stipend.
The deadline for submission is 31st March 2022.
