DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2025 — The International Press Institute (IPI) and International Media Support (IMS) seek nominations for 2025 press freedom awards.
Nominations can be made for the two categories: World Press Freedom Hero Award and Free Media Pioneer Award.
Individuals can be nominated for the World Press Freedom Hero Award while Free Media Pioneer Award can be for individuals, teams or news outlets or other media-related organisations, including organisations that defend press freedom.
Both awards will be presented during a ceremony at IPI’s 2025 World Congress in Vienna in October.
The deadline for nominations is April 30, 2025.
