DEADLINE: OCTOBER 17, 2025 — The Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) is hiring a Project Manager (Health Journalism).
The Project Manager will oversee the design, implementation and coordination of CJID’s health journalism projects, including investigations, special reports, convenings such as the State of Health Summit and strategic partnerships.
The role requires strong project management skills, an eye for editorial quality, and the ability to liaise with government, civil society, funders, and media partners.
Qualifications include bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Journalism, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in health, media or governance sectors.
Strong understanding of Nigeria’s health sector landscape and funding environment plus excellent written and oral communication skills are also required.
