Code for Africa is hiring fact-checkers

DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 — Code for Africa (CfA) is seeking experienced fact-checkers based in Africa and passionate about combating misinformation.

CfA has immediate openings for full-time fact-checkers with backgrounds in climate-change, gender or science.

The successful candidates will work as part of a multinational and multilingual team using digital collaboration tools to create content for a global audience and international media partners.

Candidates must have demonstrable journalistic or investigative research experience and excellent writing skills.

The deadline for applications is September 30, 2024.
