Communications officer needed to support PMNCH’s advocacy for women, children’s health

DEADLINE: AUGUST 15, 2023 — The Partnership for Maternal, Newborn & Child Health (PMNCH) seeks a Communications Officer to join its team & support its advocacy efforts for women’s, children’s & adolescents’ health.

The Communications Officer will support PMNCH’s work in increasing partner collaboration, alignment and public support for women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health.

The selected candidate’s key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to promote women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health through strategic communications products and processes, including digital and online branding strategies;
  • Promoting PMNCH knowledge, advocacy and accountability resources, developing effective approaches for dissemination and use;
  • Identifying new communication-based projects and opportunities to build greater cohesion and collaboration among PMNCH members and constituency groups;
  • Participating in developing and implementing platforms for PMNCH messages and champions to be heard;
  • Continued development of PMNCH’s current communication channels, including website development, social media platforms, webinars, and live events;
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
