Global Development Conference open to science journalists

DEADLINE: JULY 27, 2025 — Science Journalists interested in cutting-edge academic research and global development debates can join the Global Development Conference (GDC) 2025.

GlobalDev, an initiative of GDN, seeks applications for the conference which will take place from October 28–30, 2025, in Clermont-Ferrand, France.

Selected journalists will receive sponsorship for travel and stay, gain exclusive access to sessions on Inclusive Digital Transformation, and connect with researchers, policymakers, and development practitioners from around the world.

Women journalists, those from LMICs and other underrepresented communities are encouraged to apply.

The deadline for applications is July 27, 2025.
