Global Fact Check Fund seeks fact-checking organisations worldwide

DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 3, 2024 — Fact-checking organisations worldwide are invited to apply for the Global Fact Check Fund.

Through the Global Fact Check Fund, the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN) supports fact-checking initiatives and reduces the harm of misinformation.

The current call for applications offers $50,000 grants and is open only to IFCN signatory organisations with the status of “Active” or “In Renewal”.

The fund is appropriate for small to large fact-checking organisations that would like to pursue a new initiative or programme with a strong commitment to monitoring and evaluating programmatic accomplishments.

The deadline for applications is September 3, 2024.
