Journalism for Liberty Fellowship seeks mid-career journalists, writers

DEADLINE: APRIL 1, 2024 — Journalism for Liberty Fellowship seeks mid-career journalists and writers with an interest in the ideas of individual freedom, free market and limited government.

The fellowship focuses on stories that expose the effects of frivolous taxes on businesses and consumers, the influence of government bureaucracy, and unnecessary permits and levies on start-ups. Stories can also reveal how new laws or proposed new laws would affect the citizens and how a tax cut create an opportunity for businesses and citizens to thrive.

Selected applicants would be train on the art of pro-freedom writing and reporting, give editorial mentorship to publish quality journalistic pieces and a story grant to produce an investigative story.

Journalism for Liberty Fellowship is open to all mid-career journalists and writers in Nigeria.

The deadline for applications is April 1, 2024.
