Journalists can apply for Bioenergy Reporting Project at Mongabay

DEADLINE: ROLLING —Mongabay seeks pitches for special reporting project on bioenergy processes being developed and utilized around the globe.

The project will take a sustained look at bioenergy using a solutions journalism approach, evaluate how they address the climate problem, examine how these solutions affect other socio-environmental issues.

The stories will provide an objective look at the pluses, minuses, and trade-offs of bioenergy.

Proposed stories can be told via online print stories and photos published on the Mongabay website as well as via videos.

Stories must be published by November 30, 2021.

Mongabay pitches will be considered on a rolling basis until budget is disbursed.
