Journalists can apply for Global Business Journalism programme

DEADLINE: APRIL 1, 2025* — The Global Business Journalism (GBJ) programme at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China seeks applications for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The Global Business Journalism programme is a partnership between Tsinghua University, the International Center for Journalists and Bloomberg News.

It is the premier master’s programme in English language business journalism in Asia.

The programme is for passionate candidates who demonstrate academic competency and aspire to be business journalists or any other job that requires expertise in China or international economics.

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport and should have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree to a bachelor’s degree (or above) in China.

Applicants must demonstrate strong English skills.

While the Chinese Government Scholarship deadline is December 31, 2024, the programme application deadline is April 1, 2025.
