Journalists can apply for RNTC scholarships

DEADLINE: DECEMBER 29, 2020 — The Radio Nederland Training Centre (RNTC), sponsored by the Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP), is currently offering scholarships to attend its online classes.

Fact-checking and verification journalists from developing countries can apply for the media courses.

The courses include: “Media campaigns for development and social change,” “Producing media to counter disinformation,” “Media campaigns for advocacy” and “Public interest journalism.”

Interested applicants must be nationals of one of the following countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Colombia, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Iraq,Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories,Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Suriname, Tanzania, Tunisia,Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen and Zambia.
