DEADLINE: MARCH 3, 2025 — Youth and youth-led organisations and social media influencers in Southeast Nigeria can apply for a workshop on media and information literacy.
Selected organisations will nominate two delegates (male and female) to participate in the 3-day workshop in Awka, Anambra State.
Participating organisations must be based in the southeast, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and participants must be between 18-35 years old.
The Media and Information Literacy and Intercultural Dialogue Foundation (MILID Foundation) in collaboration with UNESCO and Anambra State Ministry of Information seeks applications for the workshop.
The workshop aims to build skills required to address the challenges of the 21st century in Nigeria including the proliferation of mis/disinformation, the decline of trust in media, digital innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, gender-based violence, peace and conflict management, among others.
The deadline for applications is March 3, 2025.
