EXTENDED DEADLINE: OCTOBER 7, 2021 — Applications are invited for the annual SIMA Awards for films from around the world that inspire activism, compassion and social transformation.
Apart from honoring Feature and Short Documentaries, Impact Videos, Interactive + XR, the SIMA Awards recognize Production Companies whose body of work demonstrates excellence through diverse formats of visual storytelling.
Winners of the SIMA Awards will receive cash prizes, media features and distribution opportunities.
To be eligible for entry, films must have been completed between October 2020 and September 2021.
All non-English language media entries must be sub-titled in English.
Entry fee for each category varies from $20 to $130.
The regular deadline in September 30th while late registration ends October 7th, 2021.
