Training at CDD on how to monitor fake news

The Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) seeks applications for its 2-day Capacity Building Training on Monitoring and Reporting Fake News in Northern Nigeria.

This training will equip interested persons in joining CDD’s growing team of fake news spotters in the region.

CDD is a think tank that has worked on the issue of countering disinformation for a number of years.

The centre hosts a radio program in Kano to speak on these issues, and conduct regular fact-checking on fake news in the country.
