Vacancies for media monitors at MFWA

DEADLINE: APRIL 26, 2024 — The Media Foundation for West Africa (MFWA) is recruiting media monitors.

The media monitors will work on MFWA’s elections project on Countering Hate Speech and Polarisation Narratives to Foster Democratic Consolidation and Peace in Ghana.

Interested media monitors must have a good knowledge of the media environment, research and data gathering, analysis, and the governance system of Ghana.

Responsibilities include monitoring content on assigned media houses or social media platforms and submitting daily reports to the MFWA.

In addition to having a degree in media studies, communication, political science, social science, or a related field, applicants must be able to speak and write English fluently and at least one local language.

The deadline for applications is April 26, 2024.
