DEADLINE: JANUARY 13, 2023 —Rest of World seeks a reporter with a sophisticated understanding of the effects of technology across Africa.

Rest of World is an international journalism publication focused on exploring the impact of technology beyond the Western bubble.

The reporter can be based in one of the major African hubs, including Nairobi, Lagos, or Johannesburg.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in journalism or publishing as well as experience reporting on international issues, business or tech coverage.

First- or second-language skills beyond English and a major plus, with a preference for candidates with French or/and Portuguese.
