WSCIJ’s holistic safety training for investigative reporters, editors

DEADLINE: OCTOBER 8, 2025 — The Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Journalism (WSCIJ) has a safety training for senior investigative journalists and editors in Nigeria.

The Civic Space Guard Holistic Safety Training for Investigative Reporters, Masterclass (2.0) is scheduled for November 2025 in Lagos.

This edition will feature sessions designed to address the unique safety concerns faced by participants based on their reporting beats and locations, ensuring that each attendee gains practical, relevant, and actionable insights.

The training is open exclusively to senior and experienced investigative journalists and editors based in Nigeria who are committed to advancing media freedom and civic space through safe, responsible investigative journalism.
