DEADLINE: JANUARY 3, 2027 — The Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE) has opened applications for its 2027 Journalism Fellowship, an intensive two-week programme focused on professional ethics and ethical leadership.
The fully funded fellowship will select 13 to 16 journalism students and early-career journalists who will spend two weeks in Berlin and Poland visiting sites of Nazi history and participating in daily seminars led by specialised faculty.
Eligible applicants include graduate students with journalistic experience who plan to work as journalists, journalists who have completed an undergraduate degree, and journalists who have completed a graduate degree, with preference given to candidates whose work has been published or aired by recognised news organisations.
Applicants should generally be in the early stages of their careers, with no more than 10 years of professional experience.
The deadline for applications is January 3, 2027.
