DEADLINE: OCTOBER 15, 2023 — The Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) invites applications for the Media and Development Conference 2023.
Set to take place from November 13 to 15, 2023 in Abuja, Nigeria, the media and development conference is themed “Bridging Democracy, Development, Innovation, and Media Sustainability in West Africa.”
This conference aims to bring together a wide range of stakeholders, including media professionals, academia, donor agencies, policymakers, and tech innovators, to address critical issues related to media, democracy, and sustainable development in West Africa.
CJID has a few travel support for in-person attendees outside Abuja. Interested persons should indicate their need for this support.
The deadline for applications is October 15, 2023.
