Equality Fund Journalism Fellowship 2026 open for applications

DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 8, 2026 — The Equality Fund Journalism Fellowship 2026 is open for applications from journalists in ODA-recipient countries.

The Equality Fund is a global fund investing in people with local solutions to global challenges, is launching its inaugural Equality Fund Journalism Fellowship.

Applicants must have a minimum of three years of journalism experience; should be located in, and be reporting on, communities in ODA-recipient countries

Women, non-binary, and trans people are encouraged to apply for the Equality Fund Journalism Fellowship.

Fellows should be willing to follow trauma-informed reporting best practices and conduct community roundtables (where possible).

The deadline for applications is November 8, 2026.
