- In April 2020, we trained not less than 400 campus journalists from Nigerian and the Benin Republic in reporting and fact-checking. The training formed part of our organisation’s Webinar Series for Campus Journalists with the theme “The Dynamics of Journalism in the 21st Century”. - During the second edition of the organisation’s Webinar Series for Campus Journalists with the theme “The Dynamics of Journalism in the 21st Century,” experts asked participants to use investigative journalism to develop Nigeria. This was also reported by The Nigerian Tribune, Platform Times, Ogun Today, and Headline NG among others.
- We also reported that representatives of professional journalism organisations (unions/associations/societies) and freelance journalists are eligible to apply for the 2020 Fetisov Journalism Awards. This report caught the attention of the organisers of the awards, Fetisov Charitable Foundation.
