DEADLINE: AUGUST 10, 2022 — The Thomson Reuters is looking to engage a talented journalist in Nigeria to join its award-winning news team as an Inclusive Economies Correspondent based in Lagos, Nigeria.

The reporter will report issues ranging from socio-economic inclusion, sustainable business, ‘Just Transition’, race / gender / sexual orientation-based discrimination and its impact on economies, informal economies, new economic / business models and similarly related topics.

The preferred candidate must have excellent news judgment, is deadline driven and brimming with ideas.

The candidate must know how to write for digital audiences, always think of multimedia possibilities for stories, and come to the table with innovative ideas for storytelling.
