Applications are invited from freelance writers who can write strong profiles of Nigerian and African public figures, including artists, activists and policymakers.
Interested freelancers must have a strong sense of who is tackling those big questions and can tell their stories with depth.
Stories could be about people who have just made or are about to make a big move such as activists who have tackled an issue, a promising politician running for office or an artist thinking about retirement.
The freelance writers will receive $150 per story.
