Journalists can apply for SEJ Awards

SEJ Awards

DEADLINE: MARCH 1, 2021 — Society of Environmental Journalists (SEJ) invites journalists to apply for her 20th annual Awards for Reporting on the Environment.

The SEJ Awards for Reporting on the Environment honors the best environmental journalism in 10 categories.
Reporters who cover health, politics, science, energy, local government or any other beat are encouraged can apply.

Prizes of $500 are given to first-place winners and $250 for second-place winners in all categories.

The Nina Mason Pulliam Award for the “best of the best” environmental reporting will award $10,000 to one entry selected from the first-place winners of SEJ’s Awards for Reporting on the Environment.
The deadline for early applications is March 1, 2021.

Late applications will end by March 15, 2021 and will attract extra fee.
