Remote contract job available for a project editor

DEADLINE: OCTOBER 17, 2022 — Global Press Journal seeks a project editor to work with local women reporters based in markets across Africa, Asia, Latin American and Caribbean.

The project editor will be an expert story editor with ample journalism experience and deeply understands the press freedom landscape.

The contract position is remote and will start by November, 2022. The selected applicant will receive $7,500 for the total project.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience with press freedom issues and at least three years of professional editing experience.

The deadline for applications is October 17, 2022.
