VACANCY: Deputy editor needed in Lagos

​​DEADLINE: MAY 29, 2020 A media organisation based in Lagos is in need of a Deputy Editor to strengthen its editorial department.
The preferred candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mass Communication/Journalism (a master’s degree will be an advantage).
Interested candidate must also have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a journalist, three of which should be in health journalism.
Interested candidate must have a good knowledge of the health sector, a good knowledge of the health sector.
Interested deputy editor candidate must also possess strong reportorial and proof-reading skills.
Other requirements include great knowledge of newspaper production techniques, fluency in written and spoken English and good computer, Information Technology (IT) and social media skills.
