Apply For Africa No Filter Media Fellowship

DEADLINE: JANUARY 10, 2021 — The Africa No Filter Story Agency is currently accepting applications from African journalists.

The Africa No Filter Story Agency is a virtual newsroom and a fully immersive working experience.

The agency will select a total of twelve multimedia journalists from twelve countries—one each from Nigeria, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, DRC, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Egypt, and Morocco.

Applicants must be journalism or media graduates with 2-5 years of experience as multimedia news/content producers.

Fellows will provide stories of creativity, innovation, arts & culture, human interest, profiles and fresh opinion pieces for Africa’s most influential news outlets.

Fellows will be provided with a monthly stipend which includes data and airtime allowance.

Applicants are expected to produce two to three content pieces each week.

The duration of the fellowship is one year.
