Apply for methane emission reductions workshop

DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 27, 2024 —  Journalists, researchers, analysts, media professionals, and Civil Society Organisations working in the extractive sector and climate change ecosystem can apply for this three-day workshop.

Facilitated by the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development, through its Natural Resource and Extractive Programme (NAREP), in collaboration with the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI), the capacity-building workshop and stakeholder’s engagement will focus on methane emission reductions in Nigeria.

The workshop’s primary objective is to enhance the capacity of civil society organisations (CSOs) and media personnel on implementing methane emissions reduction strategies within the oil and gas sector.

The deadline to apply is February 27, 2024.
