DEADLINE: MAY 31, 2022 — The Nigeria Media Merit Award (NMMA) 2022 programme is open for applications. Entries must have been published or broadcasted in 2021.
The Nigeria Media Merit Award is open to all men and women practising Journalism in Nigeria.
Each award winner will receive a Trophy (The Golden Gong of Excellence), a Certificate and a specific prize money.
Interested journalists can submit entries in the print, radio and television categories.
Entries for the print category must be factual, accurate, original, creative with clear, balanced and objective language.
Criteria for assessing entries for the electronic Media category include knowledge of the subject matter, depth, confidence, appeal to positive emotion, eye and body communication, social responsibility, touch of the dramatic, and technical execution, among others.
The deadline for applications is May 31, 2022.
