Call for young journalists: Stronger Together climate workshops

DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 19, 2021 —The British Council’s the Climate Connection programme is currently open for applications.

The organisers seek 15 young journalists who are passionate about climate change and environmental issues to share story ideas and develop journalistic skills.

The programme is open to journalists (incl. videographer, photojournalist, radio journalist, blogger, social media expert) aged 18-30, based in Europe, Africa or the UK.

The workshop will be held online and in English from 22-24th & 27th September, 2021

Participants will be expected to produce one to two pieces of their choice after the workshop, and a £100 voucher will be offered to each participant.

The deadline for applications is September 19th, 2021.
